Major League Baseball dropped its lawsuit Wednesday against Biogenesis founder Tony Bosch and his partners, according to Miami New Times. The league, which was investigating players including Alex Rodriguez and Ryan Braun, wanted records and testimony about drugs purchased at Bosch’s Miami clinic. But Bosch didn’t cooperate, according to the New Times. The lawsuit was dropped after Rodriguez stopped his appeal to a season-long suspension.
