Four HCA hospitals that have new trauma centers are seeking a rehearing in the federal court in Tallahassee after a recent ruling that allowed more established, competing trauma centers to challenge their state certification, the News Service of Florida reports.
They also asked the court to send two questions about the case to the Florida Supreme Court because of their "great public importance."
