Bills that environmental groups say would harm Florida are moving swiftly through the Legislature, the Tampa Bay Times reports. So environmental groups have enlisted the lobbying power of former governor and U.S. Sen. Bob Graham, who says the bills don’t do anything for the public -- they just help out special interest groups.
