Tessa Wiseman

Tessa Wiseman is that rare breed - a native of Tampa. She is a junior at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md., where she studies Political Science and Writing. She has interned with the Communications Department for the Washington Nationals, Tampa City Council, and Fiol Law Group.
