State health regulators said Monday they have approved two nursing home projects.

PruittHealth-Hillsborough County, LLC got the green light to move ahead with a 90-bed, $21 million project in Hillsborough County.

The Agency for Health Care Administration approved allowing the company to transfer to a new facility six recently approved nursing-home beds and 84 beds that were first approved in February 2018.

The other project, which is in Alachua County, involves the transfer of six nursing home-beds from The Oaks NH, LLC, which operates as Park Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center, to Terrace Health NH, LLC, which operates as Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center. The project does not have capital costs, according to a notice posted by the state.
