The medical director of the Hollywood and Pembroke Pines fire-rescue departments who had his license yanked by the Florida Board of Medicine for misrepresenting himself as an expert witness is fighting the decision, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports. Dr. Richard Dellerson can keep practicing medicine, thanks to an order from a state appellate court, but an interim director has taken his place for now with the fire-rescue departments.
