A 34-year-old man’s blood alcohol level got him arrested, and a trip to the hospital. When Boynton Beach police checked why a Ford Focus was stopped in the street, they found driver Walter Mkono, 34, had a bit too much too drink. As the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reported, two breath samples showed he had blood-alcohol levels of .418 and .408.  A doctor at Bethesda Memorial, where Mkono was taken on the way to jail, said he’s surprised the man wasn’t comatose. Or dead.
