preliminary injunction

A judge will hear arguments this month in a case that could ultimately test whether a privacy clause in the Florida Constitution will protect abortion rights.

According to the ruling, the injunction will apply nationwide, except for 10 states where the mandate has been blocked by a prior federal court ruling out of St. Louis.
