ACA lawsuit

As appeals continue, the administration isn’t attempting to block immediate enforcement of O’Connor’s ruling as it applies to the handful of Texas plaintiffs who filed suit.

Dozens of groups and individuals sent a joing letter to Attorney General Ashley Moody this week, asking her to withdraw Florida from the list of plaintiffs in the suit.

On Wednesday, a federal judge in Texas will hear arguments from Republicans who want him to strike down the health law and from Democrats who say the law is constitutional and should stay in place.
