The Florida Channel
Leon County Judge John Cooper on June 30, 2022, in a screen grab from The Florida Channel.

At his site Our Health Policy Matters, consultant Paul Gionfriddo writes that the states refusing to participate in setting up insurance exchanges might actually be doing residents a favor.
