Tampa physician Robert Nucci is suing his attorneys after losing $2 million during his first year of owning a part of the Tampa Bay Storm Arena Football team, the Tampa Bay Business Journal reports.
Nucci became a part owner of the team in 2007 and claims that the Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC law firm was not upfront about the Arena Football League’s finances at the time, the Business Journal reports.
Nucci, who no longer owns a part of the team, is asking for $15 million in damages, according to the Business Journal.
