A former mental health technician at Bayside Center for Behavioral Health is now facing additional charges as more victims have come forward after his arrest in January for sexual contact with underage patients, the Sarasota Herald-Tribune reports. After media coverage of Jeremy Henry’s arrest, three more girls -- a 16-year-old, a 13-year-old, and a 12-year-old -- have accused him of assault. According to the Herald, Henry is now also being charged with lewd exhibition and felony lewd conduct on a victim under the age of 16, in addition to last month’s two counts of felony lewd battery.

Originally founded in December 2006 as an independent grassroots publication dedicated to coverage of health issues in Florida, Health News Florida was acquired by WUSF Public Media in September 2012.
