A dietary supplement that University of South Florida researchers have been working on for 10 years now has a U.S. patent, 83 Degrees Media reports.
According to results from one clinical trial, the compound of antioxidants and anti-inflammatories improved memory in older adults.
The supplement, being sold under the name NutraStem, is available at grocery stores in Florida and nationwide. As a dietary supplement, it’s not subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
