Orthodontist, Pharmacy Exec at Center of Seaplane Feud

A feud has been brewing in northwestern Hillsborough County for several months over a seaplane, the Tampa Bay Times reports. The leader of the effort to get the plane banned is an orthodontist who is complaining about noise and safety issues. The plane’s owner is Gary Cohen, the executive director of the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy, and he says he’s done nothing wrong.
