Baptist Health South Florida has hired away the president of Cleveland Clinic Florida, its largest competitor.
Bernie Fernandez will fill Baptist Health Medical Group’s chief executive role, according to the Miami Herald.
The job had been vacant since Jack Ziffer’s change to the newly formed physician-executive role.
