Hospital Safety Scores Rise

A new report by The Leapfrog Group, a patient-safety non-profit, shows Florida  hospitals received more A's than any other grade, and none flunked. 

For most states, the largest grade category was C, followed by B, followed by A.  So Florida's showing of 61 A-rated hospitals was unusual, second only to California.
