Naked Man Chokes Dog, Bites Owner

A naked man who apparently climbed over a high fence at a house in Miami was discovered choking the pet Rottweiler, then bit the dog’s owner, who shot him in the foot, the Miami Herald reports.

Despite the gunshot wound, 20-year-old Jeffery Delice kept attacking, according to the Herald, and tried to bite officers who responded to the scene.

The nakedness, biting and ferocity of the attack were reminiscent of last year's "zombie" attack, in which police shot and killed a naked man after he began to eat the face of a homeless man he had assaulted.  An autopsy in that case yielded no clue as to what may have caused it.

In other Florida news in the category of men-behaving-badly, a Volusia County man is accused of trying to leave his 11-month-old baby at the front desk of a strip club. While the Sharks Lounge offers a variety of services, babysitting isn’t one of them, the Broward Palm Beach New Times reports.

The front desk employee called police right away, who charged 26-year-old Kenneth Rowe with child neglect. The baby is now in the custody of the Florida Department of Children and Families, the New Times reports.
