Investigators from the Florida Attorney General's office and other agencies searched an Ocala dentist's office Wednesday as part of a Medicaid fraud investigation, the Ocala Star Banner reports.
The owners of the facility, Drs. Rebecca and Michael Tarver, have been investigated by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration previously and were warned to keep better records, according to the Star Banner. The newspaper reports that two former employees at the facility have filed a whistleblower lawsuit.
