Orlando has not one, but two, of the highest grossing nonprofit hospital systems in the nation, the Orlando Sentinel reports. Florida Hospital and Orlando Regional Medical Center took in billions of dollars last year they didn’t have to pay taxes on, and that’s causing some to question if they’re doing enough to give back to the community in the form of charity care.
