A conservative activist in Boca Raton, orthodontist Larry Kawa, has filed a federal lawsuit against the Obama administration over the Affordable Care Act. His suit argues that his practice was harmed by having to spend time and money readying for the employer mandate to cover workers, only to see it delayed for a year, the Palm Beach Post reports.
