Now that Gov. Rick Scott's estimates of the cost of Medicaid expansion have been exposed as fiction, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel wrote in an editorial on Sunday, state policymakers can have an honest conversation about the costs and benefits of adding more uninsured Floridians to Medicaid in accordance with the Affordable Care Act.
