Author Abigail Pogrebin says her relationship with her identical twin sister has made the biggest impact on her identity. For her book, One and the Same, Pogrebin shares her story, and those of twins from all over the world.
The twins Pogrebin spoke with have remarkable tales, from a pair who survived Nazi doctor Josef Mengele's experiments, to NFL superstars Tiki and Ronde Barber.
In addition to interviews with twins and impressions from her own life, Pogrebin also includes contributions from twin counselors, clergy and philosophers.
