After stepping down last month as secretary of the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, Liz Dudek is going to work for the law firm Greenberg Traurig, which has a large lobbying operation in Tallahassee.
Greenberg Traurig announced Thursday that Dudek will serve as director of healthcare affairs and be based in Tallahassee.
Dudek retired effective Oct. 3 as AHCA secretary after serving in the post since 2011. She started working for the state in the mid-1970s and held a series of positions at AHCA before becoming secretary. State Medicaid director Justin Senior was named interim secretary to lead AHCA after Dudek's departure.
