The 4th District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach last week upheld a lower court’s ruling that the fee is a tax, and governments cannot tax other governments, according to the Sun Sentinel.
The Coral Springs City Commission is asking for a re-hearing, but its attorney warns the decision may not be reversed, the Sun Sentinel reports.
