An autism discrimination lawsuit against Walt Disney Parks and Resorts has been transferred from California to Orlando by a federal judge, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
The suit alleges that Disney’s new Disability Access Services (DAS), which replaced their Guest Assistance Card in 2013, discriminates against children with autism because it no longer allows them to skip lines. Disney argued that the case should be heard in Florida because it’s where employees who developed the program are based, the Sentinel reports.
