At least eight workers were injured in a late-night explosion at the Blue Rhino gas plant in Lake County, the Orlando Sentinel reports. Some of those employees are in critical condition in area hospitals. Homes as far as a mile from the plant were evacuated, and one witness reported seeing 20-gallon propane tanks flying into the air from the explosions. Officials are blaming human or equipment error.
