A Delray Beach man convicted of scamming the elderly out of thousands of dollars will remain free a little longer -- until his antibiotic-resistant infection has healed, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports. The Florida Department of Corrections said it would have booked Clarke, and his staph infection, into prison.
