Relatives of the executive being held captive by workers in a Beijing factory say his living conditions have gotten better amid the media attention, the Tampa Bay Times reports. Charles “Chip” Starnes, the president of Coral-Springs based Specialty Medical Supplies, has been able to communicate with his wife and his brother, who say the whole ordeal is like a scene out of a scary movie.
