State Farm could get a multimillion-dollar settlement from an orthopedic surgery center and its employees for their role in an alleged scheme involving a device called the SpineWand. The insurer says the $35,000 procedure was ordered for nearly every accident victim that one doctor saw, the Palm Beach Post reports.
