Professional athletes looking for a competitive advantage can look no further than South Florida, the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. Experts call it a "perfect storm” for drug abuse by athletes.

Lax rules on anti-aging clinics mean almost anyone can open one and offer up HGH and testosterone, substances that athletes seek when they’re trying to enhance their performance, according to the Sun Sentinel.

Major League Baseball has taken notice and turned over evidence to the FBI, which is now investigating a clinic in Coral Gables, the Sun Sentinel reports.
