Need to Complain About Insurance?

This week, Health News Florida reported that many new customers of Florida Blue are in limbo. They've paid for their coverage but didn't receive their ID card or member number.

Some are having to cancel appointments or pay for their medicine out of pocket.The Florida Department of Financial Services' Consumer Services Division reported on Wednesday that it had received 42 complaints about that.
