Bush: North Korea Faces 'Serious Repercussions'

During a news conference at the White House, President Bush said there should be "serious repercussions" following North Korea's announcement earlier this week that it had tested a nuclear device.

But he also said the U.S. remains committed to diplomacy, while reserving "all options" for dealing with North Korea.
